Lynn Hall

Lynn is adept at managing all aspects of the Healthcare revenue cycle process, including oversight of healthcare contract negotiations, revenue integrity, managed care, and Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement. Her knowledge and expertise are proven in reorganizing healthcare organizations’ systems for financial growth through expert contract negotiation and budgeting principles.


In addition to her duties as the SR VP for healthcare and contracts, Lynn is also the Chief Operating Officer for Sirach Health and Wellness, where she oversees the daily operations of the company. She has been instrumental

in the construction of the company, and in partnership with Hewlett-Packard, she is leading a major project to develop mobile telehealth kiosks that will be strategically placed throughout communities within Tucson, Arizona.

 

She has accrued more than twenty years of professional experience, both in the healthcare revenue cycle and in professional writing, which has proven to be a tremendous asset at the negotiation table. After beginning her professional career as a supervisor at American General Finance, Lynn would maintain several supervisory and managerial positions as she traveled the country in a military capacity, including Divisional Business Office Manager at Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, Marketing and Communications Consultant, and Buyer at Kadena Air Force Base in Okinawa, Japan, and Business Development Analyst at Wachovia Bank in Wilmington, North Carolina.

 

Ms. Hall’s fast-track career has materialized in her being promoted to executive-level positions multiple times in six (6) years. She has also served as an adjunct professor at Liberty University teaching English and Professional Writing courses. Lynn has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, a Master of Business Administration degree in Health Administration and Health Care Facilities Administration from the University of Mary Washington, and a Master of Professional Writing degree from Liberty University. Lynn is also a member of the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM) and is a Certified Revenue Cycle Executive (CRCE), Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) and maintains a certification in multi-interdisciplinary studies from The Strome College of Business at Old Dominion University.
