Ricky A. Gallaway received a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Information Systems and Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, along with a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Southeastern University and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Strayer University. Dr. Gallaway also received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Social Science from Binghamton University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master CSM), and a trained member of The John Maxwell team as an independent certified coach, speaker, and trainer. As well, Dr. Gallaway is a former adjunct professor at Stratford University and a former adult education
instructor with Fairfax County Public Schools. He currently serves as an adjunct professor at Fairfax University of America School of Business.
